At Cup of Life, we take pride in the quality of our mushroom-based beverages and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. All Sales Are Final on Opened Products

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used items unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, depending on the situation.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions.

Please do not return items without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Late or missing refunds? Check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us if you still haven’t received it.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
